Bij N-Allo zijn we al 20 jaar koploper in het beheer van klantenrelaties. In die periode zijn we uitgegroeid tot een modern, omni-channel contact center. Dat is niet verwonderlijk, want sinds ons ontstaan zoeken we naar innovatieve oplossingen om klantencontacten efficiënt te verwerken. En dat willen we blijven doen.

Omnichannel, digitale transformatie en automatisering staan dan ook centraal in onze visie. Toch zal de persoonlijke interactie altijd belangrijk blijven voor klanten. Daarom moderniseren we voortdurend de job van onze klantenadviseurs. Zo kunnen we onze opdrachtgevers totaaloplossingen blijven aanbieden.

Ben jij sociaal, luister je graag naar mensen en krijg je energie van het vinden van oplossingen? Dan hebben wij een uitdaging die perfect bij jou past.

Voor N-Allo, het klantcontactcenter van ENGIE, zoeken we Klantenadviseurs Klantenbehoud. In deze rol contacteer je klanten die hebben aangegeven hun energiecontract bij ENGIE te willen stopzetten. Jij luistert naar hun verhaal, begrijpt hun situatie en onderzoekt samen welke oplossing het beste bij hen past.

Dankzij jouw empathie, commerciële feeling en overtuigingskracht help je klanten vaak om met een goed gevoel klant te blijven.

Jouw taken:

  • Je neemt proactief telefonisch contact op met klanten die overwegen hun samenwerking met Engie stop te zetten.
  • Door gerichte vragen te stellen breng je de situatie van de klant in kaart en speel je hierop in.
  • Je denkt actief mee met de klant en biedt alternatieven die aansluiten bij hun noden en verwachtingen.
  • Je beheert de nodige administratie, zodat de klantendossiers up-to-date zijn.
  • Je gaat elke dag voor sterke resultaten en draagt bij aan het behouden en versterken van tevreden klanten.

Wat zoeken wij in jou als commercieel medewerker?

  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands. Kennis van het Engels of Frans is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je bent vlot aan de telefoon en hebt een natuurlijke flair in gesprekken.
  • Je weet mensen te overtuigen – jij krijgt energie van het behalen van doelen.
  • Je kunt vertrouwen op te bouwen en te behouden.
  • Je bent beschikbaar voor een voltijdse tewerkstelling.
  • Je bent bereid om 2 weken per maand de late shift (11u-19u30) en één zaterdag per maand (10u-14u) te werken.
