Ben jij klantgericht, communicatief sterk en haal je energie uit het helpen van mensen?

In deze functie ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten van Collect&Go, Colruyt Laagste Prijzen (CLP) en Okay. Jij zorgt ervoor dat elke klant snel, correct en professioneel geholpen wordt. Of het nu gaat over een bestelling, een vraag over een product of een kwaliteitsmelding, dankzij jouw inzet krijgt elke klant een positieve ervaring.Als klantenadviseur ben jij de stem van Colruyt Group:

Jouw uitdaging

Als Klantenadviseur sta je dagelijks in contact met klanten via telefoon en e-mail.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Beantwoorden van inkomende telefoongesprekken en e-mails.
  • Verwerken en opvolgen van klantenvragen en meldingen.
  • Opvolgen van dossiers rond beschadigde, vervallen of foutieve producten.
  • Contact opnemen met winkels of afhaalpunten om oplossingen te regelen.
  • Correct registreren van informatie in de verschillende systemen.
  • Snel schakelen tussen telefonische contacten en administratieve opdrachten.

Geen enkele dag is dezelfde. Je combineert klantencontact met administratieve opvolging en zoekt telkens naar de beste oplossing voor de klant.

Wat zoeken wij in een CUSTOMER SERVICE MEDEWERKER?

  • Je communiceert vlot en helder in het Nederlands
  • Je bent klantvriendelijk, empathisch en blijft rustig
  • Je kan correcte, gestructureerde e-mails opstellen
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Office-toepassingen
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar binnen een uurrooster tussen 8u en 20u.
  • Sporadisch werk je op zaterdag voormiddag, weliswaar met een beurtrol
