Hou jij ervan om de touwtjes in handen te hebben, snel te schakelen en dagelijks het verschil te maken? Dan hebben wij een plek voor jou in ons dispatchteam!

Als Dispatcher maak je deel uit van een enthousiast team van 6 collega's en ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen chauffeurs, planners en verschillende interne diensten. Dankzij jouw overzicht en organisatietalent blijven onze transportactiviteiten letterlijk én figuurlijk op de juiste weg.

Wat staat er op jouw planning?

Jij houdt de motor draaiende:

  • Je zorgt ervoor dat alle chauffeurs tijdig en goed voorbereid vertrekken.
  • Je volgt leveringen op de voet en grijpt in waar nodig.
  • Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs onderweg.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat dringende zendingen hun bestemming tijdig bereiken.

Jij bent de spil van de communicatie:

  • Je werkt nauw samen met planning, customer service en andere afdelingen.
  • Je houdt iedereen proactief op de hoogte van belangrijke updates.
  • Je bewaakt prestaties, wachttijden en afwijkingen en denkt mee over verbeteringen.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging van alle transportactiviteiten.

En het mooie? Dankzij een uitgebreide opleiding leer je zowel de wereld van dispatching als planning kennen, zodat je een totaalbeeld krijgt van onze logistieke operatie.

Wie zoeken we?

Je hoeft geen doorwinterde transportexpert te zijn om te slagen in deze rol.

Jij bent iemand die:

  • Interesse heeft in transport, logistiek of operationele processen.
  • Rust bewaart wanneer het druk wordt en moeiteloos prioriteiten stelt.
  • Oplossingen ziet waar anderen problemen zien.
  • Je spreekt vlot NL, FR, ENG.
  • Vlot communiceert met chauffeurs, collega's en klanten.
  • Nauwkeurig en gestructureerd werkt.
  • Energie krijgt van een dynamische omgeving waar geen dag dezelfde is.
