Deze KMO is uw partner voor de selectie en productie van componenten uit hoogwaardige kunststoffen en composieten voor veeleisende toepassingen.Ons team beschikt over ruime ervaring op het vlak van CNC precisie frezen en het draaien van vrijwel elk type kunststof. Het bewerken van hoogwaardige kunststoffen met hoge nauwkeurigheidsvereisten vraagt een combinatie van engineering vaardigheden, materiaalkennis, de meest geavanceerde CNC-apparatuur en de hoogste normen van kwaliteitscontrole. Wij willen onze klanten kwalitatief hoogstaande producten aanbieden die de levenscycluskosten van hun processen verlagen en de productiviteit ervan verbeteren.

Jobomschrijving

Als CNC Steller - Draaier m/v/x ben je verantwoordelijk voor het instellen en afregelen van CNC-machines die kunststofonderdelen produceren. Je zorgt ervoor dat de machines correct zijn ingesteld en kwalitatieve producten afleveren volgens plan en tekening.

Je werkt in een moderne productieomgeving waar kwaliteit, precisie en teamwork voorop staan.

Als operator aan de CNC-machine heb je een specifiek takenpakket:

  • De bediening van de CNC machines ( draaien en frezen van hoogwaardige kunststoffen)
  • Nameten van de producten
  • Registratie van de metingen
  • Je bent afgestudeerd in BSO of TSO Mechanica, Mechanische Vormgevingstechnieken of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Je hebt ervaring als CNC-steller voor draaiwerk. Heb je nog geen ervaring? Geen probleem! Kandidaten met een mechanische opleiding en een goede technische basis komen eveneens in aanmerking.
  • Je kan technische en dimensionele tekeningen lezen en interpreteren.
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt vloeiend Nederlands.
  • Je hebt een stabiel werkverleden en bent op zoek naar een langdurige uitdaging.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig (toleranties van enkele microns), kwaliteitsbewust en hebt technisch inzicht.
