Deze connectoren worden wereldwijd verstuurd naar klanten zoals BMW, VW, Ford, ...Denken én doen, de beste garantie voor een optimaal productieproces en perfect product.Bij TE Connectivity ontwikkelen we niet alleen nieuwe producten. We vervaardigen die producten ook zélf. Bovendien is onze engineering-groep sterk gespecialiseerd in machine- en gereedschapsontwerp. Daarom worden de benodigde productiemiddelen en procestechnologieën vaak intern bij ons ontworpen, gefabriceerd én op punt gesteld.Deze combinatie van 'engineering' en 'operations' resulteert in een kostenefficiënt, geoptimaliseerd productieproces, in doorgedreven know-how en bijgevolg in producten die beantwoorden aan de allerhoogste kwaliteitsnormen.

Jobomschrijving

Als elektricien ben jij de held die onze spuitgietmachines en geautomatiseerde productielijnen in topvorm houdt. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel draait door storingen snel te analyseren en op te lossen. Daarnaast draag je actief bij aan het verbeteren van de veiligheid, kwaliteit en productiviteit van onze productielijnen. Jouw taken omvatten:

  • Analyseren en oplossen van onverwachte machine- en perifeerstoringen.
  • Uitvoeren van diepgaande analyses bij problemen en voorstellen doen voor verbeteringen.
  • Ondersteunen van andere productieafdelingen op mechanisch/elektrisch vlak waar nodig.
  • Analyseren van storingen en fouten in een PLC-omgeving.

Wij zoeken een energieke teamspeler die zelfstandig kan werken en zich thuis voelt in een dynamische omgeving. Je hebt een passie voor techniek en wilt jezelf blijven ontwikkelen. Onze ideale kandidaat:

  • Heeft een technisch diploma elektromechanica of elektriciteit (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring).
  • Kent elektrische schakelingen/componenten en heeft ervaring met PLC's (geen programmering vereist).
  • Heeft gewerkt in een productieomgeving met een modern machinepark.
  • Bezit een BA5-certificaat of is bereid deze te behalen.
  • Heeft een sterk probleemoplossend vermogen en een proactieve werkhouding.
  • Is leergierig en zoekt zelfstandig naar oplossingen.
  • Kan goed communiceren en werkt graag samen met collega's.
  • Is flexibel en kan zich aanpassen aan veranderende omstandigheden.
  • Draagt zorg voor de eigen veiligheid en die van collega’s.
