Jobomschrijving

Voor DHL e-Commerce in Antwerpen zijn wij op zoek naar een Terminal Administration Officer ter ondersteuning van ons team. Het betreft een interimfunctie, met een zo snel mogelijke opstart.

Als Terminal Administration Officer ben je een belangrijke schakel in de dagelijkse werking van onze terminal. Je takenpakket omvat onder andere:

  • Het genereren van ritlijsten uit het systeem en deze verdelen onder de chauffeurs
  • Het ontvangen en registreren van bezoekers aan de balie, inclusief het uitreiken van badges
  • Het ondersteunen van klanten bij het afhalen van pakketten

Wij zoeken een kandidaat die:

  • Geordend en nauwkeurig werkt
  • Assertief is en sterk communiceert
  • Goed kan functioneren onder druk
  • Vlot Nederlands en Engels spreekt (kennis van Frans is een pluspunt)
