Jobomschrijving

Als Group Supply Chain Planning Manager zorg je voor een optimale afstemming tussen vraag, productie en supply chain. Op basis van beschikbare capaciteit, grondstoffen, kosten, servicegraad en rendabiliteit wordt bepaald wat geproduceerd wordt, waar en wanneer.

In deze strategische en operationele functie werk je nauw samen met verschillende productievestigingen en afdelingen zoals Sales, Operations, Procurement en Finance. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol in het S&OP-proces en draag je bij aan de verdere optimalisatie van planningsprocessen en systemen.

Takenpakket

  • Opstellen, analyseren en optimaliseren van supply-, productie- en capaciteitsplannen;
  • Bepalen van de meest efficiënte verdeling van productieactiviteiten over verschillende vestigingen;
  • Signaleren van capaciteitsproblemen en knelpunten en uitwerken van oplossingen en alternatieve scenario's;
  • Coördineren van de supply-kant van het S&OP-proces en bewaken van een haalbare planning;
  • Optimaliseren van voorraadniveaus en planningsparameters om overtollige en verouderde voorraad te beperken;
  • Opvolgen en analyseren van KPI's rond service, voorraad, capaciteit, kosten en planning;
  • Verbeteren van planningsprocessen, master data en MRP-structuren binnen het ERP-systeem;
  • Ontwikkelen van rapporteringen en analysetools met onder andere Excel en Power BI;
  • Samenwerken met lokale planners en productieteams en hen ondersteunen bij operationele uitdagingen.
  • Masterdiploma in Supply Chain Management, Economie, Handelsingenieur of een gelijkwaardige richting;
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen supply chain planning, productieplanning of capaciteitsplanning binnen een productieomgeving;
  • Grondige kennis van productieplanning, MRP, capaciteitsplanning en S&OP-processen;
  • Sterk analytisch inzicht en in staat om complexe data om te zetten naar onderbouwde bedrijfsbeslissingen;
  • Inzicht in de impact van supply chain planning op servicegraad, voorraadbeheer, kosten en marges;
  • Ervaring met SAP of een vergelijkbaar ERP-systeem;
  • Uitstekende kennis van Excel; ervaring met Power BI, Power Query, SQL of Python vormt een meerwaarde;
  • Hands-on ingesteld, gestructureerd en oplossingsgericht;
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om verschillende stakeholders op één lijn te brengen;
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van Frans, Duits of Spaans is een pluspunt;
  • Bereidheid om occasioneel naar andere Europese vestigingen te reizen.
