The posting

Onze klant is een grote speler op vlak van logistiek. Zij behandelen wegtransport, luchtvracht en zeevracht.De vestiging in Kallo behandelt alles wat betreft ocean freight. De ruim 100 medewerkers zetten zich alle dagen in om een zo goed mogelijke service te kunnen bieden! Zij zitten per 4 collega's aan een eiland, verdeeld over 2 verdiepingen. De sfeer op de werkvloer is rustig, soms hectisch, maar zeer aangenaam. Er wordt goed samengewerkt, maar ook zeker regelmatig gelachen.Elke 2 weken wordt er een fruitkistje op de afdelingen geleverd. Daarnaast kun je werken in een glijdend uurrooster, zijn er verschillende mogelijkheden om jezelf te ontwikkelen en worden abonnementen op de toltunnel en waterbus volledig vergoed.Kortom: een zeer aantrekkelijke werkgever!

Jobomschrijving

  • Verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken, ondersteunen en verbeteren van kwaliteitsprocessen, GDP-compliance en operationele processen binnen luchtvrachtactiviteiten.
  • Toezien op de correcte implementatie van het Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Monitoren en waarborgen van GDP-compliance binnen de dagelijkse operaties.
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitsrondes, controles en steekproeven.
  • Ondersteunen bij audits, klachtenbeheer en CAPA-trajecten.
  • Controleren van temperatuurmonitoringssystemen en opvolgen van temperatuurafwijkingen.
  • Bewaken van de cold chain-integriteit binnen logistieke processen.
  • Controleren van checksheets, registraties en operationele documentatie.
  • Ondersteunen bij de implementatie en optimalisatie van SOP’s en verbeterinitiatieven.
  • Analyseren van CCTV-beelden in het kader van incidentenonderzoek.
  • Organiseren van GDP- en kwaliteitstrainingen en beheren van trainingsregistraties.
  • Analyseren, opvolgen en rapporteren van kwaliteits-KPI’s.
  • Actief bijdragen aan continue verbetering van processen en kwaliteit.
  • Kennis van GDP-richtlijnen (Good Distribution Practices).
  • Kennis van (farmaceutische) luchtvracht- en logistieke processen.
  • Analytisch sterk en in staat om afwijkingen en verbeterpunten te identificeren.
  • Nauwkeurig, kwaliteitsgericht en gestructureerd.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Focus op continue verbetering en procesoptimalisatie.
  • Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands, Engels en Frans.
  • Ervaring binnen logistiek, warehousing, quality assurance, healthcare of een vergelijkbare sector.
  • Affiniteit met kwaliteitsbeheer, compliance en gereguleerde omgevingen.
