Jobomschrijving

Voor ons inhousekantoor bij een toonaangevend logistiek bedrijf in Diest zijn we op zoek naar een Inhouse Coördinator die méér wil dan een klassieke inhouse HR-rol.

Als Master Vendor op locatie treedt Start People op als vaste en strategische HR-partner. Dat betekent dat we niet enkel operationeel ondersteunen, maar ook actief meedenken over optimalisatie, planning en performance.

In deze sleutelrol combineer je people management, stakeholdermanagement en HR-analyse binnen een dynamische omgeving met hoge kwaliteits- en servicenormen.

Functieomschrijving

Als Inhouse Coördinator binnen HR neem je zowel een operationele als coördinerende rol op. Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor de klant, de uitzendkrachten en je eigen team. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening, stuurt bij waar nodig en zorgt ervoor dat processen efficiënt en resultaatgericht verlopen.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Wekelijks overleg met de klant (exits, aanvragen, HR-issues)
  • Tweewekelijkse strategische HR-meeting (optimalisaties, lange termijn aanpak)
  • Optreden als volwaardige HR-partner voor management en vakbonden
  • Begeleiden van evaluatie- en opvolggesprekken van inhouse consulenten
  • Opvolgen van medische onderzoeken, instroom en vacatures
  • Analyseren en rapporteren van HR-cijfers (turnover, instroom, fill rate)
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit, compliance en correcte administratie
  • Coördineren van planning en werking binnen een complexe, snel evoluerende omgeving

Je werkt steeds inhouse in Diest. Zichtbare aanwezigheid op de vloer is belangrijk.Flexibiliteit (sporadische nachtpermanentie) hoort bij de rol.

Wij zoeken een mature HR-professional met impact.

  • Sterk communicatief en diplomatisch
  • Assertief en overtuigend in stakeholdergesprekken
  • Discreet en oordeelkundig
  • Analytisch sterk met goede Excel-kennis
  • Vlot in digitale systemen
  • Stressbestendig en wendbaar
  • Ervaring in HR en/of people management
  • Uitstekende kennis Nederlands en zeer goede kennis Engels (must)

Je combineert helikopterview met hands-on mentaliteit.Je kan schakelen tussen strategisch overleg en operationele realiteit, zonder het overzicht te verliezen.
