Ben jij tweetalig, administratief sterk en krijg je energie van een dynamische HR-omgeving?

Als HR Consultant Inhouse ben je verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve en operationele ondersteuning van Medi-Market. Je zorgt ervoor dat personeelsdossiers correct worden opgevolgd, planningen vlot verlopen en medewerkers en winkels tijdig de juiste informatie ontvangen.

Je maakt deel uit van een dynamisch team dat instaat voor de ondersteuning van meer dan 100 winkels. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's, kandidaten, uitzendkrachten en winkelverantwoordelijken. Jouw takenpakket:

  • Administratie: beheren en opvolgen van personeelsdossiers, sociale documenten en arbeidsongevallen.
  • Contractbeheer: opmaken, aanpassen en annuleren van contracten.
  • Planning: lastminuteaanvragen behandelen, vervangingen organiseren en planningswijzigingen opvolgen.
  • Prestatiebeheer: prestaties controleren en verwerken in samenwerking met Protime.
  • Studentenadministratie: studenten inschrijven en hun gegevens correct invoeren in de interne tools.
  • Ziektemeldingen: afwezigheden registreren en de betrokken winkels tijdig informeren.
  • Klachtenbehandeling: vragen en problemen van medewerkers en winkelverantwoordelijken professioneel opvolgen.
  • Ad-hocondersteuning: dringende vragen behandelen en snel schakelen wanneer de planning verandert.
  • Dossieropvolging: dossiers binnen verschillende categorieën beheren en ervoor zorgen dat alle informatie correct en volledig is.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een eerste ervaring binnen administratie, HR-support, planning of een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en kunt goed omgaan met repetitieve taken.
  • Je bent hands-on, zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en belt gemakkelijk met kandidaten en klanten.
  • Je blijft rustig onder druk en kunt omgaan met lastminutewijzigingen.
  • Je bent matuur, betrouwbaar en stabiel.
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je hebt voldoende flexibiliteit en doorzettingsvermogen om dossiers grondig op te volgen.

Je vlindert tussen verschillende Start People kantoren: Halle (3dagen/week), Nivelle (1x/week) en Gosselies (1x/week)
