Voor het Crelan-project zoeken we enthousiaste klantendienstmedewerkers die klanten telefonisch ondersteunen bij hun dagelijkse bankzaken. Van een geblokkeerde bankkaart tot hulp bij online banking, jij zorgt voor een professionele oplossing én een geruststellende klantenervaring.

Ervaring in een contactcenter is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must. Dankzij een uitgebreide opleiding leer je alles wat je nodig hebt om succesvol te starten.

Jouw job als Klantendienstmedewerker Crelan

Als klantenadviseur ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor Crelan-klanten. Je behandelt uitsluitend inkomende oproepen en combineert klantcontact met een correcte administratieve opvolging.

Concreet sta je in voor:

  • Beantwoorden van inkomende oproepen over dagelijkse bankverrichtingen.
  • Ondersteunen van klanten bij vragen over bankkaarten, rekeningen en digitale bankdiensten.
  • Helpen bij problemen met de Crelan banking-app of online banking.
  • Begeleiden van klanten bij verloren of ingeslikte bankkaarten.
  • Klanten geruststellen en ondersteunen wanneer zij slachtoffer zijn van phishing of fraude.
  • Correct registreren en administratief verwerken van elk klantcontact.
  • Actief luisteren naar de behoeften van de klant en oplossingsgericht handelen.
  • Samenwerken met collega's om een uitstekende klantenservice te garanderen.

Wie ben jij?

Je hoeft geen ervaring in de banksector te hebben. Wij zoeken vooral iemand met de juiste ingesteldheid.

Herken je jezelf hierin?

  • Je beschikt minimaal over een diploma secundair onderwijs (A2).
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands.
  • Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Je communiceert vlot en klantvriendelijk.
  • Je kan goed luisteren en blijft rustig onder druk.
  • Je bent digitaal sterk en leert snel nieuwe systemen aan.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en georganiseerd.
  • Je werkt graag in teamverband.
  • Je bent bereid te werken tussen 8u30 en 17u00, op maandag werk je van 8u30 - 17u00 en de rest van de week werk je van 8u30 - 16u30.
