Een Belgisch voedingsbedrijf gespecialiseerd in de productie van gezonde groenteproducten. Het bedrijf zet in op kwaliteit, innovatie en natuurlijke ingrediënten.

Jobomschrijving

Voor onze klant, een groeiend bedrijf binnen de voedingssector, zijn we op zoek naar een kwaliteitscontroleur die nauwkeurigheid en kwaliteit hoog in het vaandel draagt.

Je komt terecht in een dynamische productieomgeving waar je nauw samenwerkt met de productieafdeling en het kwaliteitsteam. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat de producten en verpakkingen voldoen aan de vooropgestelde kwaliteitsnormen.

Je krijgt een grondige opleiding en werkt daarna in een 2-ploegenstelsel: van 7u30 tot 15u30 en van 14u30 tot 22u30.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit op de werkvloer en bewaakt de kwaliteit doorheen het volledige productieproces.
  • Je controleert producten, verpakkingen en etiketten aan de hand van visuele steekproeven.
  • Je volgt de geldende procedures en kwaliteitsnormen nauwgezet op.
  • Je merkt afwijkingen op, onderzoekt mogelijke oorzaken en denkt mee na over oplossingen.
  • Je ondersteunt interne en externe audits en helpt bij de naleving van kwaliteitsnormen zoals BRC, IFS en BIO.
  • Je verzamelt kwaliteitsgegevens en helpt bij het opmaken van analyses en rapporten.
  • Je sensibiliseert en begeleidt collega's op de werkvloer rond kwaliteit en correcte werkmethodes.

Ongeveer 80% van je tijd werk je op de productievloer en 20% besteed je aan administratieve opvolging. Je werkt in een koelere omgeving van ongeveer 7°C.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in voeding, biotechnologie, landbouw of een wetenschappelijke richting, of je hebt relevante ervaring binnen kwaliteitscontrole.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, hebt oog voor detail en durft kritisch naar processen te kijken.
  • Je communiceert vlot en respectvol met collega's en het kwaliteitsteam.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en kan snel schakelen wanneer nodig.
  • Ervaring met BRC- of IFS-normen is een pluspunt, maar geen must.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van het Frans is een extra troef.
  • Je hebt geen probleem met werken in een productieomgeving van ongeveer 7°C en bent bereid om in 2 ploegen te werken.
