Onze klant in Wuustwezel is gespecialiseerd in het ontwerpen, produceren, leveren en plaatsen van metalen poorten en hekwerk op maat. Het bedrijf richt zich zowel op particuliere klanten als op professionele en industriële toepassingen.

Jobomschrijving

Ben jij een ervaren lasser dat toe is aan een nieuwe uitdaging? Dan is dit je kans!

Onze klant maakt poorten en hekken uit metaal, hiervoor kunnen ze een extra paar handen gebruiken.

Jouw taken:

  • Lassen van diverse stalen constructies op maat, zoals poorten, hekwerk en speedgates. Geen seriewerk, maar unieke projecten.
  • Halfautomaat lassen met aandacht voor de juiste lasvolgorde en een kwalitatieve afwerking.
  • Technische plannen lezen, interpreteren en indien nodig zelf schetsen maken.
  • Afmetingen controleren en checklists correct invullen.
  • Lasfouten opsporen, oplossen en instaan voor de kwaliteit van het afgewerkte product.
  • Instructies van de meestergast opvolgen en vragen stellen bij onduidelijkheden.
  • Problemen, ideeën en klachten tijdig melden en bespreken.
  • Veilig en correct werken met machines en gereedschappen, zoals zaagmachines, boormachines, lasposten, heftrucks en takels.
  • Gereedschappen en mallen na gebruik op de juiste plaats terugleggen.
  • De werkplek netjes houden, wekelijks opruimen en basisonderhoud uitvoeren aan de gereedschappen.
  • Rechtstreeks rapporteren aan de verantwoordelijke.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je beschikt over een technische opleiding in laswerken of hebt minstens 2 jaar relevante ervaring als lasser.
  • Je kan technische plannen lezen en interpreteren.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht, een goede handvaardigheid en werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Je bent een betrouwbare vakman met oog voor detail, veiligheid en kwaliteit.
  • Je werkt graag in teamverband, maar kan ook zelfstandig aan de slag.
  • Je bent flexibel, leergierig en houdt van afwisselende projecten.
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal voldoende om instructies te begrijpen en vlot te communiceren.
  • Je bent bereid om sporadisch over te werken.
  • Je hebt zin voor orde en draagt zorg voor je werkmateriaal en werkomgeving.
  • Je geraakt dagelijks in Wuustwezel
