Jobomschrijving

Als Maintenance Engineer speel je een belangrijke rol in het betrouwbaar en efficiënt functioneren van de technische infrastructuur. Je combineert technische onderhoudswerken met analyse, opvolging en procesverbetering. Een groot deel van de tijd ben je actief aanwezig op de werkvloer, waar je mee instaat voor het optimaal functioneren van de installaties.

  • Uitvoeren van preventief en curatief onderhoud aan technische installaties
  • Verrichten van mechanische herstellingen aan onder meer pompen, compressoren, afsluiters en leidingsystemen
  • Opsporen van storingen, lekkages en slijtageverschijnselen en uitwerken van corrigerende acties
  • Technisch opvolgen van stoom-, perslucht-, koel- en waterinstallaties
  • Uitvoeren van controlerondes en registreren van meetgegevens en onderhoudswerken
  • Begeleiden en opvolgen van externe contractors tijdens onderhoudswerken
  • Bestellen van wisselstukken en technisch materiaal
  • Opstellen en actualiseren van werkinstructies en technische documentatie
  • Voorbereiden en ondersteunen van onderhoudsstops
  • Analyseren van technische verbeterkansen en voorstellen uitwerken om installaties veiliger, betrouwbaarder en efficiënter te maken
  • Onderhouden van installaties zoals stoomketels, condensaatsystemen, koelinstallaties, waterbehandeling, elektrische motoren, aandrijvingen en meet- en regelapparatuur
  • Bachelor in een technische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Eerste relevante ervaring binnen technisch onderhoud of engineering
  • Sterke mechanische kennis aangevuld met basiskennis elektriciteit of elektromechanica
  • Technisch inzicht in pompen, compressoren en leidingsystemen
  • Vermogen om technische schema's en handleidingen te lezen en interpreteren
  • Veilige, nauwkeurige en zelfstandige werkhouding
  • Oplossingsgerichte mentaliteit en sterke verantwoordelijkheidszin
  • Ervaring met stoominstallaties, waterbehandeling of PLC-systemen vormt een meerwaarde
  • Kennis van elektrische schema's, LOTO-procedures of industriële nutsvoorzieningen is een pluspunt
  • Affiniteit met een productieomgeving binnen voeding of dranken vormt een troef
