Ben jij administratief sterk, hou je van klantencontact en zoek je een afwisselende functie met doorgroeikansen? Voor een gevestigde speler binnen de horeca- en foodservicewereld zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste baliemedewerker die op termijn kan doorgroeien naar afdelingsverantwoordelijke administratie.

Takenpakket:

  • Klanten verwelkomen en klantenkaarten aanmaken
  • Beheer van telefonie en e-mailverkeer
  • Bestellingen van klanten en leveranciers registreren en opvolgen
  • Administratieve opvolging van artikelen, voorraad en assortiment
  • Opmaken van facturen, creditnota's en retours
  • Kassacontroles en verwerking van betalingen
  • Ondersteuning aan de koffiebar of kassa wanneer nodig
  • Mee zorgen voor een correcte afsluiting van de winkel

  • Uurroosters opstelt en personeelsadministratie opvolgt
  • Samenwerkt met HR en externe partners voor personeelsplanning
  • Nieuwe collega's begeleidt bij opstart en uitdiensttreding
  • Het team aanstuurt en operationele controles uitvoert
  • Zelf actief betrokken blijft op de werkvloer
  • Nauw samenwerkt met de filiaalmanager

  • Je hebt een verzorgd voorkomen en bent representatief
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands
  • Je bent klantgericht, enthousiast en een echte teamspeler
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, discreet en zelfstandig
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en neemt initiatief
  • Ervaring binnen administratie, sales of HR is een pluspunt
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar en bereid om weekends en feestdagen in beurtrol te werken
  • Je kan vlot werken met verschillende computertoepassingen
  • Werkuren liggen tussen 7u en 17u in een wisselend uurrooster
