Jouw impact als Supervisor Onderhoud

Als Supervisor Onderhoud ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van het onderhoudsteam en de technische betrouwbaarheid van de productie-installaties.

Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer, volgt werkzaamheden actief op en zorgt ervoor dat preventieve en curatieve onderhoudswerken veilig, efficiënt en kwalitatief worden uitgevoerd.

Je werkt nauw samen met productie, werkvoorbereiding, planning, engineering en externe contractors om de continuïteit van de installaties te garanderen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Leidinggeven & Organiseren
  • Dagelijkse aansturing van techniekers en onderhoudsmedewerkers
  • Coachen, begeleiden en ontwikkelen van jouw team
  • Organiseren en opvolgen van onderhoudswerken
  • Prioriteiten bepalen en bijsturen waar nodig
  • Toezien op een veilige en efficiënte uitvoering van werkzaamheden
  • Afstemmen met werkvoorbereiders, planners en productieverantwoordelijken

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Leidinggeven & Organiseren

  • Dagelijkse aansturing van techniekers en onderhoudsmedewerkers
  • Coachen, begeleiden en ontwikkelen van jouw team
  • Organiseren en opvolgen van onderhoudswerken
  • Prioriteiten bepalen en bijsturen waar nodig
  • Toezien op een veilige en efficiënte uitvoering van werkzaamheden
  • Afstemmen met werkvoorbereiders, planners en productieverantwoordelijken

Technisch Beheer

  • Verantwoordelijk voor de betrouwbaarheid van installaties binnen een industriële procesomgeving
  • Opvolgen van mechanische en elektromechanische onderhoudswerken
  • Analyseren van storingen en zoeken naar structurele oplossingen
  • Optimaliseren van onderhoudsplannen en werkprocessen
  • Technische ondersteuning bieden bij complexe interventies

  • Actief meewerken aan verbeterprojecten
  • Verhogen van de beschikbaarheid en betrouwbaarheid van installaties
  • Toezien op kwaliteit, voedselveiligheid en milieunormen
  • Uitbouwen van een proactieve onderhoudscultuur

Wie zoeken wij?

Wij zoeken een technische leider die zowel kennis van onderhoud als people management meebrengt.

Jouw profiel

  • Bachelor Elektromechanica, Mechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen industrieel onderhoud
  • Ervaring in een procesindustrie, chemische industrie, voedingsindustrie of andere continue productieomgeving
  • Sterke kennis van mechanisch onderhoud
  • Ervaring met pompen, afsluiters, kleppen, leidingen en rotating equipment
  • Kennis van preventief en curatief onderhoud
  • Ervaring met probleemanalyses en root cause analyses
  • Sterke people management vaardigheden
  • Coachende en motiverende leiderschapsstijl
  • Hands-on ingesteld en graag aanwezig op de werkvloer
  • Goede organisatorische vaardigheden
  • Kennis van onderhoudssoftware en MS Office
  • Vlotte communicator die mensen weet mee te krijgen
  • Veiligheid staat voor jou altijd op de eerste plaats
