Ben jij een technisch sterke onderhoudstechnieker met een passie voor mechanica en elektromechanica? Los je graag technische storingen op en zoek je een stabiele job in een 2-ploegensysteem? Dan is deze functie bij Ecolab in Ieper misschien wel jouw volgende uitdaging!

Voor Ecolab, een internationale producent van reinigings- en ontsmettingsmiddelen voor de landbouw- en voedingsindustrie, zoeken we een gemotiveerde Onderhoudstechnieker 2 ploegen.

Als onderhoudstechnieker bij Ecolab ben je verantwoordelijk voor het preventief en correctief onderhoud van het machinepark. Je zorgt ervoor dat de productie-installaties betrouwbaar en efficiënt blijven draaien en draagt actief bij aan technische verbeteringen.

Je combineert technisch inzicht met een hands-on aanpak en werkt samen met je collega's aan een veilige en optimaal functionerende productieomgeving.

Als Onderhoudstechnieker 2 ploegen bij Ecolab in Ieper speel je een belangrijke rol in het garanderen van de continuïteit van het productieproces. Je spoort technische storingen op, voert herstellingen uit en denkt mee over duurzame oplossingen om stilstanden te beperken.

Je takenpakket:

  • Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud aan industriële machines en productie-installaties;
  • Opsporen, analyseren en verhelpen van mechanische en technische storingen;
  • Onderzoeken van terugkerende problemen en uitwerken van structurele oplossingen;
  • Installeren en technisch in dienst stellen van machines en installaties;
  • Proactief controleren van het machinepark om ongeplande stilstanden te voorkomen;
  • Formuleren en uitvoeren van technische verbetervoorstellen;
  • Meedenken over optimalisaties op het vlak van betrouwbaarheid, veiligheid en efficiëntie;
  • Delen van technische kennis met collega-onderhoudstechniekers en productieoperatoren;
  • Correct naleven van de geldende veiligheids- en onderhoudsprocedures.
  • Je beschikt over een A2-diploma mechanica, elektromechanica of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante technische ervaring;
  • Je hebt een goed technisch inzicht en kan zelfstandig storingen analyseren en oplossen;
  • Je kan jouw werkzaamheden efficiënt plannen en organiseren volgens prioriteit;
  • Je werkt proactief, nauwkeurig en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid;
  • Je bent leergierig en deelt jouw technische kennis graag met collega's;
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en gaat technische uitdagingen niet uit de weg;
  • Ervaring met TIG-lassen is een sterke troef;
  • Je bent bereid om te werken in een vast 2-ploegenstelsel.
