Voor onze klant in Gijzegem zijn wij op zoek naar een gemotiveerde Onderhoudstechnieker in een de vaste nachtploeg (22u - 6u). Ben je technisch aangelegd, leergierig en steek je graag de handen uit de mouwen? Dan ben jij misschien de collega die wij zoeken.

Functieomschrijving:

Als onderhoudstechnieker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal functioneren van ons machinepark. Je voert zowel preventieve als curatieve onderhoudswerken uit aan spuitgietmachines, randapparatuur en testers. Daarnaast werk je mee aan technische verbeteringen en kleine projecten om de betrouwbaarheid en efficiëntie van de installaties verder te verhogen.

Een positieve ingesteldheid en de bereidheid om continu bij te leren zijn voor ons minstens even belangrijk als je technische kennis. Basiskennis van PLC-sturingen is een pluspunt; verdere opleiding wordt intern voorzien.

Jouw taken

  • Uitvoeren van preventief en curatief onderhoud aan spuitgietmachines, randapparatuur en testers.
  • Snel en efficiënt opsporen en oplossen van defecten in elektrische, elektronische, hydraulische en mechanische systemen.
  • Zelfstandig realiseren van kleine technische projecten.
  • Actief deelnemen aan verbeteringsacties om de prestaties en betrouwbaarheid van de machines te verhogen.
  • Mee instaan voor een veilige werkomgeving en oog hebben voor milieuvoorschriften.
  • Actief bijdragen aan orde en netheid in de werkplaats en de productieomgeving.
  • Je beschikt over een technische opleiding (A2, Graduaat of Bachelor Elektromechanica, Elektriciteit, Automatisering of gelijkwaardig door ervaring).
  • Kennis van spuitgietmachines is een pluspunt.
  • Basiskennis van PLC-sturingen is mooi meegenomen; verdere opleiding kan intern worden voorzien.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het onderhoud en de herstelling van industriële machines en installaties.
  • Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving en met preventief onderhoud is een sterke troef.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands.
  • Je kan technische handleidingen en documentatie in het Engels en/of Duits begrijpen.
  • Je bent sterk in het analyseren van technische problemen en het opsporen van storingen.
  • Je kan elektrische, mechanische, hydraulische en pneumatische defecten efficiënt oplossen.
  • Je werkt proactief en denkt mee na over verbeteringen om storingen te voorkomen.
  • Je bent in staat om onderhouds- en herstellingswerken zelfstandig uit te voeren.
  • Je bent servicegericht en werkt vlot samen met collega's uit verschillende afdelingen.
  • Je luistert actief en communiceert duidelijk over technische problemen en oplossingen.
  • Je denkt mee met de productie om stilstanden tot een minimum te beperken.
