Jobomschrijving

Als Operations Supervisor speel je een centrale rol in de dagelijkse werking van de productieafdeling. In deze functie zorg je ervoor dat mensen, machines en materialen optimaal op elkaar afgestemd zijn. Door een sterke aanwezigheid op de werkvloer, een gestructureerde aanpak en een natuurlijke leiderschapsstijl draag je bij aan een veilige, efficiënte en kwaliteitsgerichte productieomgeving.

Jouw taken

  • Coördineren van de dagelijkse productieactiviteiten en bewaken van een vlotte operationele werking;
  • Ondersteunen van het productiemanagement bij de aansturing van de productieorganisatie;
  • Vertalen van de productieplanning naar een efficiënte uitvoering en bijsturen waar nodig;
  • Afstemmen met logistiek, kwaliteit, onderhoud en andere afdelingen om operationele doelstellingen te realiseren;
  • Bewaken van de beschikbaarheid van materialen, grondstoffen en productiemiddelen;
  • Actief aanwezig zijn op de werkvloer en medewerkers begeleiden, coachen en motiveren;
  • Mee bouwen aan een cultuur van verantwoordelijkheid, samenwerking en continue verbetering;
  • Signaleren en implementeren van verbeteringen op het vlak van veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie;
  • Opleiden en ondersteunen van medewerkers en opvolgen van incidenten, afwijkingen en verbeteracties;
  • Opvolgen van KPI’s en bijdragen aan verbeterprojecten en optimalisatietrajecten.
  • Bachelor denkniveau, verworven via opleiding of relevante ervaring;
  • Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur in een leidinggevende, coördinerende of superviserende functie;
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en het vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen;
  • Een coachende leiderschapsstijl met aandacht voor motivatie, betrokkenheid en teamontwikkeling;
  • Hands-on ingesteld en graag aanwezig op de werkvloer;
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een vlotte samenwerking met verschillende afdelingen;
  • Veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie zijn vanzelfsprekende prioriteiten;
  • Kennis van Microsoft Office en ERP-systemen; ervaring met SAP is een pluspunt;
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands en vlotte communicatie in het Frans en Engels;
  • Flexibel ingesteld en bereid om voeling te houden met verschillende ploegen binnen een volcontinu productieproces.
