Dan is deze functie als Operator Pharma bij Ecolab in Ieper misschien wel jouw volgende uitdaging!

Voor Ecolab, een internationale producent van reinigings- en ontsmettingsmiddelen voor de landbouw- en voedingsindustrie, zoeken we een gemotiveerde Operator Pharma 2 ploegen.

Als Operator Pharma bij Ecolab ben je verantwoordelijk voor het correct doseren, mengen, controleren en afvullen van chemische producten. Je volgt nauwkeurig de productievoorschriften en zorgt ervoor dat elke productiebatch voldoet aan de geldende kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen.

Je combineert nauwkeurigheid met een hands-on mentaliteit en draagt actief bij aan een veilig en efficiënt productieproces.

Als Operator Pharma 2 ploegen bij Ecolab in Ieper werk je op de pharma-afdeling en sta je in voor verschillende stappen binnen het productieproces. Je zorgt ervoor dat grondstoffen correct verwerkt worden en de afgewerkte producten voldoen aan de kwaliteitsvereisten.

Je takenpakket:

  • Doseren en mengen van grondstoffen volgens vastgelegde productievoorschriften;
  • Ontvangen, controleren en correct stockeren van grondstoffen;
  • Uitvoeren van staalnames en eenvoudige kwaliteitscontroles;
  • Opvolgen en bijsturen van het productie- en mengproces;
  • Afvullen van afgewerkte producten in verschillende verpakkingen;
  • Verplaatsen van grondstoffen en afgewerkte producten met de heftruck;
  • Correct registreren en opvolgen van productiegegevens;
  • Zorgen voor orde, netheid en veiligheid op de werkvloer;
  • Nauwkeurig naleven van de geldende veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en hygiënevoorschriften.
  • Ervaring als productieoperator, procesoperator of mengoperator is een pluspunt, maar motivatie en leergierigheid zijn minstens even belangrijk;
  • Je hebt interesse in een productieomgeving binnen de chemische of farmaceutische sector;
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt aandacht voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en hygiëne;
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook goed binnen een team;
  • Fysiek werk vormt voor jou geen probleem;
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van het Nederlands om veiligheids- en werkinstructies correct te begrijpen;
  • Je bent bereid om te werken in een vast 2-ploegenstelsel;
  • Een heftruckattest is een pluspunt of je bent bereid dit te behalen.
