Onze klant is een toonaangevend logistiek bedrijf in de Antwerpse haven, gespecialiseerd in de opslag, behandeling en distributie van uiteenlopende goederen. Het bedrijf biedt een totaalpakket aan logistieke diensten, waaronder warehousing, containerbehandeling, verpakking, kwaliteitscontroles en transportondersteuning voor klanten uit verschillende sectoren.

Jobomschrijving

Ben jij technisch sterk, werk je graag afwisselend en steek je graag zelf de handen uit de mouwen? Dan is deze functie als Polyvalent Onderhoudsmedewerker in Verrebroek (Linkeroever) iets voor jou. Je zorgt ervoor dat voertuigen en installaties in optimale staat blijven en draagt zo rechtstreeks bij aan een vlotte werking van de organisatie.

Je takenpakket is gevarieerd en bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Het ophalen en voorzien van materialen die nodig zijn voor onderhouds-, herstel- en constructiewerken.
  • Het uitvoeren van kleine herstellingen aan chassis, laadbruggen en ander rollend materieel.
  • Het realiseren van eenvoudige metaalconstructies en laswerken.
  • Het correct opvolgen van werkopdrachten en het nauwkeurig bijhouden van checklists, logboeken en rapporteringen.
  • Het testen en controleren van apparatuur na een interventie om een veilige werking te garanderen.
  • Het signaleren van technische problemen en inschakelen van gespecialiseerde collega's wanneer nodig.
  • Het uitvoeren van diverse algemene onderhoudswerkzaamheden.

Je werkt voornamelijk aan heftrucks, personenwagens, lichte vrachtwagens en golfkarretjes.

Je bent een praktische technieker die zelfstandig kan werken en verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor zijn werk.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring in een gelijkaardige technische functie.
  • Een opleiding of achtergrond binnen metaaltechnieken, mechanica of autotechnieken.
  • Kennis van onderhoud en herstellingen aan rollend materieel. Ervaring met herstellingswerken aan heftrucks is een grote plus!
  • Een geldig rijbewijs B.
  • Een groot veiligheidsbewustzijn en een nauwkeurige, ordelijke manier van werken.
  • Een oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid en oog voor kwaliteit.
