Jouw uitdaging als Procesoperator

  • Als procesoperator bewaak en stuur je complexe productieprocessen aan. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de optimale werking van installaties waarbij kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiëntie cruciaal zijn.
  • Je bent geen klassieke machinebediener, maar een echte procesbewaker die voortdurend nadenkt, analyseert en beslissingen neemt.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Bedienen, controleren en optimaliseren van geavanceerde productie-installaties
  • Opvolgen van procesparameters vanuit de productieomgeving
  • Bewaken van processen binnen afdelingen zoals raffinage, fermentatie, indamping of andere industriële productie-eenheden
  • Interpreteren van meetwaarden en tijdig ingrijpen bij afwijkingen
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en registreren van procesgegevens
  • Detecteren van technische storingen en samenwerken met de technische dienst
  • Actief bijdragen aan verbeteringen van veiligheid, kwaliteit en rendement
  • Nauwkeurig opvolgen van procedures, veiligheidsvoorschriften en procesrichtlijnen
  • Verantwoordelijkheid nemen over kritische installaties met grote impact op het productieproces

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt een technisch diploma (TSO, A2, graduaat of gelijkwaardig door ervaring)
  • Je hebt interesse in chemie, procestechniek, automatisatie of industriële productie
  • Je beschikt over een sterk logisch en analytisch denkvermogen
  • Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid en werkt zelfstandig
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en voelt je comfortabel binnen een volcontinu werksysteem
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en bent veiligheidsbewust
  • Je hebt een stabiel werkverleden of toont een sterke motivatie om een duurzame carrière uit te bouwen
  • Ervaring als operator, procesoperator, technisch operator of productieoperator is een pluspunt
  • Gemotiveerde technische schoolverlaters met maturiteit en leergierigheid worden eveneens aangemoedigd om te solliciteren
