Jobomschrijving

Op deze afdeling wordt gemodificeerd zetmeel geproduceerd, een belangrijk ingrediënt dat in tal van toepassingen wordt gebruikt. Als procesoperator speel je een cruciale rol in het productieproces. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen en nauwkeurig controleren van de geavanceerde productie-installaties. Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat alle processtappen volgens de juiste procedures en standaarden verlopen, waarbij je oog hebt voor zowel kwaliteit als veiligheid. Je bewaakt het procesverloop, grijpt in bij afwijkingen en draagt bij aan een efficiënt en storingsvrij productieproces. Kortom, je zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt, van grondstof tot eindproduct.

Hoe ziet jouw dag er verder uit?

  • Grondstoffen mengen, dit in de gevraagde samenstellingen.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstarten, opvolgen en bijsturen van de installaties (droogwalsen en maalinstallatie), dit vanuit de controlekamer én door bediening van de installaties ter plaatse.
  • Je zorgt voor een goede operationele werking van de installaties.
  • ?Je zal ook ondersteunende en bijkomende werkzaamheden uitvoeren.

Om als processoperator aan de slag te gaan, sluiten volgende zaken bij je aan:

  • Nederlands: goede kennis - zowel geschreven als gesproken.
  • Je hebt technische kennis en een goed technisch inzicht.
  • Bedienen van PC.
  • Je hebt een geldig heftruckattest.
  • Je werk proactief en gaat altijd voor het beste resultaat.
  • Je bent flexibel, betrokken en betrouwbaar.
  • Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit en draagt hygiëne en veiligheid hoog in het vaandel.
  • Je kan werken in een 5-ploegen stelsel (volcontinu).
