Onze klant is een internationale logistieke speler gespecialiseerd in temperatuurgecontroleerd transport en distributie. Dagelijks wordt ingezet op kwaliteit, veiligheid en klantgerichtheid om een betrouwbare dienstverlening te garanderen. Medewerkers komen terecht in een dynamische werkomgeving waar samenwerking, innovatie en continue verbetering centraal staan en waar ruimte is voor persoonlijke groei en ontwikkeling.

Jobomschrijving

Als QHSE Manager neem je een sleutelrol op binnen de organisatie en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beleid rond kwaliteit, veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu. Vanuit deze functie werk je nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen en draag je bij aan een veilige, kwaliteitsgerichte en toekomstgerichte werking van de site.

  • Uitdragen en implementeren van het kwaliteits- en prestatiebeleid binnen de organisatie
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van kwaliteits- en prestatie-indicatoren
  • Ondersteunen van operationele afdelingen bij kwaliteits- en verbeterinitiatieven
  • Behandelen en opvolgen van klachten, incidenten en geschillen
  • Identificeren, analyseren en opvolgen van kwaliteitsafwijkingen en terugkerende problemen
  • Begeleiden van certificeringstrajecten en kwaliteitsstandaarden zoals ISO en IFS
  • Optimaliseren van het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem
  • Aansturen en opvolgen van het gezondheids- en preventiebeleid
  • Waken over de naleving van wet- en regelgeving rond kwaliteit, veiligheid en hygiëne
  • Signaleren van risico's en adviseren van management rond kwaliteits- en veiligheidsvraagstukken
  • Uitwerken en opvolgen van preventieactieplannen in samenwerking met leidinggevenden
  • Implementeren van preventietools en opvolgen van de uitvoering ervan
  • Evalueren van de naleving van veiligheids- en welzijnsregelgeving
  • Uitvoeren van veiligheidsanalyses en opstellen van actieplannen
  • Coördineren van de rapportering en opvolging van arbeidsongevallen
  • Actief bijdragen aan een cultuur van continue verbetering en preventie
  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma
  • Eerste relevante ervaring binnen kwaliteit, hygiëne, veiligheid of preventie
  • Ervaring binnen logistiek, transport of de voedingssector vormt een sterke troef
  • Preventieadviseur niveau 2 is een pluspunt
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Vermogen om medewerkers te overtuigen en veranderingstrajecten te begeleiden
  • Analytische en oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden
  • Goede kennis van kwaliteits- en veiligheidsprocessen
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands
  • Goede kennis van het Engels of Frans
