Êtes-vous un véritable touche-à-tout qui aime la variété et les défis ? Dans cette fonction, vous combinez le recrutement, la planification du personnel, l’administration et la gestion des clients pour trois clients de premier plan.

Dans un premier temps, vous participez au recrutement de facteurs, de trieurs et de chauffeurs poids lourds pour Bpost dans la région de Bruxelles. Vous êtes également responsable de la planification du personnel et veillez à ce que les bonnes personnes soient affectées au bon moment.

Pour le deuxième volet, consacré à nos clients du secteur public, vous prenez en charge diverses tâches de payroll, telles que la gestion des contrats, les inscriptions et l’intégration administrative des nouveaux collaborateurs. Une bonne connaissance du néerlandais est indispensable dans ce cadre.

Vous jouez également un rôle clé pour notre troisième client, Active Ants, en assurant le recrutement et la planification des magasiniers à Willebroek.

Grâce à la diversité des missions et au système de rotation, vous aurez l’opportunité de découvrir différents domaines des ressources humaines et de développer un profil polyvalent de professionnel RH.

  • Vous avez un esprit flexible et êtes capable de passer facilement d’un client à l’autre.
  • Vous pouvez travailler de manière autonome et disposez de la maturité nécessaire pour vous intégrer rapidement à de nouveaux environnements.
  • Vous avez une bonne connaissance du néerlandais, oralement et litéralement/
  • Vous avez une très bonne maîtrise du français, car vos échanges se feront principalement avec une équipe francophone.
  • Vous disposez de préférence d’une expérience en recrutement ou en planification, ou vous êtes particulièrement motivé(e) à apprendre et faites preuve de maturité professionnelle.
  • Vous avez le sens des responsabilités et savez gérer efficacement les délais et les priorités.
  • Vous êtes titulaire d’un permis de conduire.
