Jobomschrijving

SHEQ-managementsystemen & digitalisering

  • Implementeren, beheren en continu verbeteren van geïntegreerde SHEQ-managementsystemen
  • Leiden van de implementatie en optimalisatie van QHSE-softwareplatformen en digitale managementsystemen
  • Vertalen van groepsstandaarden naar praktische en werkbare processen binnen onze lokale organisatie

Audits, certificering & compliance

  • Voorbereiden, begeleiden en opvolgen van interne en externe audits
  • Optreden als Lead Auditor of auditcoördinator voor ISO 9001, ISO 14001 en ISO 45001
  • Ondersteunen en opvolgen van certificeringstrajecten en compliance-initiatieven

Rapportering & stakeholdermanagement

  • Opstellen, opvolgen en presenteren van SHEQ-KPI's, prestaties en verbeterprogramma's aan het senior management
  • Adviseren van directie en projectteams rond kwaliteit, veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu
  • Samenwerken met andere vestigingen binnen de groep om best practices uit te wisselen en processen verder te standaardiseren

Continue verbetering

  • Initiëren en ondersteunen van verbeterprogramma's tijdens zowel de opstart- als operationele fase van de fabriek
  • Managementsystemen vertalen naar concrete en haalbare toepassingen op de werkvloer
  • Stakeholders meenemen in veranderingen en bijdragen aan een sterke veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en milieucultuur
  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in een relevante richting
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met SHEQ/QHSE-managementsystemen binnen een industriële omgeving.
  • Ervaring met QHSE-softwareplatformen en digitale managementsystemen
  • Gecertificeerd (Lead) Auditor voor ISO 9001, ISO 14001 en/of ISO 45001
  • Kennis van BRC-normen is een meerwaarde
  • Ervaring als preventieadviseur is een pluspunt
  • Sterke communicatieve en presentatievaardigheden, zowel naar operationele teams als senior management
  • Je bent overtuigend en weet verschillende stakeholders mee te nemen in verander- en verbetertrajecten
  • Je werkt resultaatgericht, neemt ownership en houdt vast aan doelstellingen, ook bij complexe implementaties
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels
