Onze klant is een Belgisch voedingsbedrijf gespecialiseerd in de productie van sauzen, dressings en vinaigrettes. Vanuit een moderne productieomgeving zorgen zij dagelijks voor kwalitatieve en smaakvolle producten voor hun klanten.

Jobomschrijving

Storingstechnieker gezocht in dagdienst!

Als storingstechnieker ben jij een belangrijke schakel binnen onze productie. Wanneer een machine moeilijk doet, ga jij op zoek naar de oorzaak. Je analyseert, sleutelt, herstelt en zorgt ervoor dat onze productie zo snel mogelijk weer kan verdergaan.

Wat staat er op jou werklijstje?

Geen dag is helemaal hetzelfde. Je krijgt een gevarieerd technisch takenpakket waarin je jouw kennis volop kunt inzetten:

  • Je spoort elektrische en mechanische storingen op en zorgt voor een duurzame oplossing
  • ? Je leest en interpreteert PLC-signalen en HMI-schermen van Siemens en Omron
  • Je voert elektrische herstellingen uit aan onder andere servo's, frequentieregelaars en 4-20 mA-signalen
  • Je neemt mechanische revisies voor je rekening
  • Je zorgt voor de juiste pneumatische afstellingen aan machines en utilities
  • ? Af en toe werk je op zaterdag mee aan preventief onderhoud, wanneer de productie stilligt.

Zie je een mogelijkheid om iets slimmer, veiliger of efficiënter te maken? Laat van je horen! Je werkt mee aan technische verbeteringen en optimalisaties.

Kortom: jij zorgt ervoor dat onze machines blijven draaien en onze productie blijft lopen.

Je krijgt daarbij heel wat autonomie. We zoeken iemand die niet bij het eerste probleem naar de oplossing van een ander kijkt, maar graag zelf de handen uit de mouwen steekt.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hoeft niet alles te kunnen, maar techniek zit wel in je vingers
  • Je hebt een diploma Elektromechanica of een gelijkaardige technische opleiding
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring als storingstechnieker in een productieomgeving
  • Ervaring in de voedingsindustrie? Mooi meegenomen!
  • Je hebt een sterke technische kennis van elektriciteit, mechanica, pneumatica en automatisatie
  • Siemens en Omron PLC's kennen voor jou geen geheimen
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor veiligheid en hygiëne
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands
  • Je bent flexibel en vindt het geen probleem om indien nodig wat langer te blijven wanneer een dringende storing opgelost moet worden
  • Je neemt graag initiatief en verantwoordelijkheid.
