Jobomschrijving

Nieuwe opportuniteit voor studenten hoger onderwijs in 1480 Sint-Renelde – Student (fotografie, archivering en referentiëring) (m/v/x)

Ben je op zoek naar een concrete en gevarieerde studentenjob? Ben je 2 à 3 dagen per week beschikbaar tot eind december 2026?

Concreet zal je een voorraad van 3000 referenties catalogiseren. Je koppelt elke referentie aan een afbeelding. Je werkt mee aan de digitalisering van de voorraad.

Concreet bestaan je taken uit:

  • Je zoekt op de websites van leveranciers naar een foto van de artikelen.
  • Je koppelt de foto op een methodische manier aan de referentie in de databank.
  • Als je geen foto van het artikel vindt, maak je zelf een foto in het magazijn.
  • Je hernoemt en klasseert bestanden op een gestructureerde manier.
  • Je organiseert productgegevens in de informaticatools.
  • Je werkt samen met het magazijn en de technische teams.
  • Je ondersteunt een strategisch voorraadbeheerproject.

• Vereist opleidingsniveau: je bent student(e) in het hoger onderwijs, idealiter in communicatie, bibliotheekwetenschappen, marketing of secretariaat. Een student@work-attest zal gevraagd worden.• Vereiste talenkennis: je bent idealiter tweetalig Frans-Nederlands (een pluspunt).• Je bent vertrouwd met een fototoestel en informaticatoepassingen.• Je beheerst het klasseren en beheren van digitale bestanden.• Je werkt nauwkeurig en zelfstandig.
