Are you the technical expert we are looking for?

Lotus Bakeries is excited to further strengthen its technical team with colleagues who have the right know-how and passion for technology.

What does your day look like?

  • You start your day by troubleshooting technical breakdowns and malfunctions, resolving them in a professional and efficient manner.
  • You then ensure that the machines receive a thorough preventive maintenance service.
  • Whenever changes are implemented in production, you assist in the technical conversion and adjustment of installations.
  • Thanks to your creativity, you actively contribute to identifying and implementing technical improvement initiatives.
  • You also support the successful execution of major technical projects in a professional way.
  • In short, this is a challenging and varied role where you can fully apply and develop your technical expertise.

Who are we looking for?

  • You are willing to work in a 2-shift system (5:00 AM - 1:00 PM / 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM) or in a fixed night shift (9:00 PM - 5:00 AM).
  • You hold an A2 diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, or Electronics (Automation), or you have equivalent experience combined with strong technical knowledge and affinity.
  • As a technician, you have a solid understanding of both electrical and mechanical components.
  • You possess strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • You consistently demonstrate a strong focus on orderliness, cleanliness, safety, and hygiene.
