Mechanica, elektriciteit, pneumatiek, automatisatie... krijg jij energie van een machinepark waarin verschillende technische disciplines samenkomen? Wil je jouw technische expertise inzetten binnen een sterk Belgisch productiebedrijf dat investeert in mensen, technologie en kwaliteit? Dan is deze functie jou op het lijf geschreven.

Jouw uitdaging

Als Technieker Productie / Onderhoudstechnieker ben je een cruciale schakel in het draaiende houden van een geautomatiseerde productieomgeving. Je werkt aan een uitgebreid machinepark met diverse technologieën en krijgt de kans om jouw technische kennis verder uit te bouwen.

Je takenpakket omvat onder meer:

  • Preventief en curatief onderhoud van productielijnen en installaties.
  • Storingen analyseren en oplossen op mechanisch, elektrisch en pneumatisch vlak.
  • Meewerken aan technische verbeterprojecten.
  • Optimaliseren van de betrouwbaarheid en prestaties van de machines.
  • Samenwerken met productie om stilstanden tot een minimum te beperken.
  • Werken volgens de geldende veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en HACCP-richtlijnen.
  • Technische interventies registreren en opvolgen.

Jouw profiel

Voor deze vacature zoeken we een technieker die niet alleen storingen oplost, maar ook graag meedenkt over verbeteringen.

Je beschikt over:

Een technische opleiding (elektromechanica, elektrotechnieken, onderhoudstechnieken, automatisatie...) of gelijkwaardige ervaring.

Minstens een eerste relevante ervaring als:

  • Onderhoudstechnieker
  • Storingstechnieker
  • Elektromechanieker
  • Service technieker
  • Technieker productie

Een goede kennis van:

  • Mechanica
  • Elektriciteit
  • Pneumatica
  • Industriële productiemachines

Ervaring binnen de voedingsindustrie is een mooie troef.

Kennis van HACCP of bereidheid om hierin verder te groeien.

Een goede fysieke conditie.

Een vlotte kennis van het Nederlands, zodat je veilig en efficiënt kan communiceren met collega's en productie.

Bereidheid om permanent in de vaste nachtploeg te werken.
