Word jij de spil tussen onze chauffeurs en een vlotte transportwerking?

Als Transport Administrator ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze chauffeurs bij hun terugkeer. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurige aanpak worden documenten correct verwerkt, afwijkingen snel gesignaleerd en blijft onze transportoperatie soepel draaien.

Geen dag is hetzelfde: de ene keer help je een chauffeur verder met een vraag, de andere keer controleer je transportdocumenten of werk je samen met collega's om processen verder te optimaliseren.

Wat ga je doen?

Jij bewaart het overzicht

  • Je controleert transportdocumenten op volledigheid en correctheid.
  • Je kijkt palletuitwisselingen en temperatuurregistraties nauwkeurig na.
  • Je verwerkt administratieve gegevens van onderaannemers en stockageklanten.
  • Je volgt afwijkingen op en stemt af met de verantwoordelijken.

Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs

  • Je bent één van de eerste gezichten die chauffeurs zien bij aankomst.
  • Je begeleidt chauffeurs bij de correcte registratie van pallet- en temperatuurgegevens.
  • Je bouwt een vertrouwensband op en detecteert mogelijke problemen proactief.
  • Je onderhoudt vlot contact met eigen chauffeurs en externe transportpartners.

Je houdt een oogje in het zeil

  • Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit op geloste goederen en palletten.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat alle informatie correct wordt geregistreerd en opgevolg

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een eerste administratieve ervaring, ervaring binnen logistiek is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een basiskennis van Frans en Engels.
  • Je blijft rustig wanneer meerdere zaken tegelijk aangepakt moeten worden.
  • Je bent sociaal, toegankelijk en kan gemakkelijk contact leggen met chauffeurs.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en kan vlot werken met Office-pakketten.
  • Je bent bereid te werken in een tweeploegenstelsel: Vroege ploeg: 6u - 14u & Late ploeg: 14u - 22u
