Onze klant is een internationaal gerenommeerde speler binnen automotive. Ze zijn dringend op zoek naar een naar een gedreven Warehouse Operations Supervisor. In deze functie stuur je een team van ongeveer 30 medewerkers aan

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Dagelijkse planning en coördinatie van medewerkers en middelen.
  • Waarborgen van veiligheid, kwaliteit, productiviteit en 5S.
  • Beheer van magazijnactiviteiten: ontvangst, opslag, picking, verzending en voorraad.
  • Coachen en ontwikkelen van Team Leaders en magazijnmedewerkers.
  • Stimuleren van continue verbetering via Lean en Kaizen.
  • Voeren van evaluatie-, ontwikkelings- en verzuimgesprekken.
  • Analyseren van afwijkingen en implementeren van verbeteracties.
  • Opvolgen van KPI’s en nemen van datagedreven beslissingen.
  • Ondersteunen van het team bij operationele en systeemgerelateerde vragen.
  • Toezien op naleving van veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en wettelijke voorschriften.
  • Communiceren van prioriteiten, doelstellingen en resultaten.
  • Uitdragen van eigenaarschap, discipline en een verbetercultuur.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Bachelor in Logistiek, Supply Chain, Engineering of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Ervaring met magazijn- en operationele processen
  • Ervaring in het coachen en aansturen van medewerkers
  • Zeer goede kennis Nederlands, goede kennis Engels
  • Analytisch sterk en datagedreven
  • Passie voor logistiek, supply chain en procesverbetering
  • Organisatorisch sterk en gestructureerd
  • Proactief en ondernemend
  • Ervaring met of interesse in projectmanagement
  • Stressbestendig en sterk in prioriteiten stellen
  • Communicatief en resultaatgericht
  • Goede kennis van MS Office; ervaring met ERP/WMS is een plus
