Dan is deze uitdaging bij Sanofi misschien wel iets voor jou! Als Warehouse Supervisor ben je verantwoordelijk voor een team van Warehouse Operators en Samplers. Je zorgt voor een vlotte, veilige en kwaliteitsvolle uitvoering van alle inbound activiteiten met betrekking tot grondstoffen (ontvangst, staalname en vrijgave) in het externe magazijn, op ongeveer 8 km van onze productiesite in Geel.

Samen met je team streef je naar operationele excellentie, waarbij veiligheid, kwaliteit en GxP-compliance centraal staan.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je stuurt, coacht en ontwikkelt een team van Warehouse Operators en Samplers en stimuleert een efficiënte samenwerking.
  • Je waakt over een veilige, kwaliteitsvolle en GxP-compliant uitvoering van alle inbound activiteiten.
  • Je zet de Sanofi Lean-tools in om processen continu te verbeteren en de operationele efficiëntie te verhogen.
  • Je beheert de magazijn- en administratieve ruimtes en waakt over orde, netheid en naleving van de geldende voorschriften.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met interne en externe stakeholders en werkt nauw samen met onder andere Productie, Quality, Supply Planning, Facility Management, Safety, Logistics en de on-site magazijnen.
  • Je rapporteert aan de Afdelingsmanager en werkt samen met twee collega Supervisors.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een professionele bachelor of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring met warehouse-activiteiten en logistieke transportprocessen, bij voorkeur in een farmaceutische of vergelijkbare omgeving.
  • Je bent een sterke people manager met ervaring in het aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van operationele teams.
  • Je beschikt over sterke organisatorische en leidinggevende vaardigheden en weet medewerkers te stimuleren om zelfstandig te werken.
  • Je bent flexibel, stressbestendig en bereid om sporadisch in het weekend te werken.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en methodisch en hebt een sterke focus op veiligheid, kwaliteit en continue verbetering.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht, neemt initiatief en weet een langetermijnvisie te vertalen naar concrete doelstellingen.
  • Je handelt steeds in het belang van de organisatie en weet je team hierin mee te nemen.
