Deine Aufgaben

  • Du unterstützt bei der Durchführung von Start-up-PoC-Projekten – von der Identifikation geeigneter Lösungen über die Scope-Definition bis hin zur Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung mit echtem Business-Impact.
  • Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle zwischen Corporates und Start-ups und hilfst dabei, eine klare Kommunikation, abgestimmte Erwartungen und eine erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit sicherzustellen.
  • Du hilfst, technische Lösungen in konkrete Mehrwerte zu übersetzen und bereitest Inhalte so auf, dass Stakeholder den Nutzen der Technologie nachvollziehen können.
  • Du recherchierst und identifizierst passende Start-up-Lösungen auf Basis konkreter Unternehmensbedarfe – nicht nur anhand von Trends oder Buzzwords.
  • Du unterstützt die Projektumsetzung und wirkst bei der Erfolgsmessung mit, mit Fokus auf nachhaltigen Mehrwert statt kurzfristiger Effekte.
  • Wenn eine Lösung überzeugt, hilfst du bei der Vorbereitung der Skalierung und dabei, erfolgreiche PoCs in langfristige Wirkung über verschiedene Geschäftsbereiche hinweg zu überführen.

Dein Profil

  • Kommunikationsstärke Du kannst komplexe Themen verständlich aufbereiten und hast Freude daran, Inhalte klar und strukturiert zu vermitteln – sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch.
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Innovationsumfeld Du hast idealerweise bereits Einblicke in Innovationsprojekte, Start-ups oder technologiegetriebene Umfelder gesammelt – z. B. durch Praktika, Werkstudententätigkeiten oder eigene Projekte.
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise & Problemlösungskompetenz Du arbeitest selbstständig, organisiert und behältst auch bei mehreren Aufgaben den Überblick.
  • Technologisches Interesse und Verständnis Du interessierst dich für neue Technologien und kannst dich schnell in neue Themen einarbeiten. Dabei erkennst du, wie technologische Lösungen geschäftlichen Mehrwert schaffen können.
  • Interesse an Venture Clienting (Pluspunkt) Erste Berührungspunkte mit der Zusammenarbeit zwischen Corporates und Start-ups oder mit dem Venture-Clienting-Ansatz sind von Vorteil – aber kein Muss.
