【岗位职责】 1.与工程师紧密合作，参与物料选型，从供应链角度提供物料的可采购性、成本、交付周期及替代方案建议。 2.根据研发需求，主动寻找、筛选并引入符合技术要求的高质量潜在供应商，对新供应商进行初审。 3. 进行询价、比价、议价，完成订单的下达与追踪，并进行后期的成本模型分析及商务条款谈判。 4.跟进交付进度，处理过程中的异常问题，确保研发项目进度不受物料影响。 5.协助维护供应商关系，参与供应商评估，推动供应商在技术、质量、交付上的持续改进。 6.完成领导交办的其他任务。

【任职要求】 1.2027届硕士，航天、低温、材料、机械、物流管理、供应链管理等相关专业； 2.具备良好的逻辑思维和学习能力， 能够适应快速变化的环境，在多任务并行的情况下保持高效。 3.具备良好的人际交往能力，能够有效协调内部研发团队与外部供应商之间的关系。 4.具备基础的成本分析意识，参加过相关竞赛或有加工制造类采购和实习经历优先。
