1.学历：硕士研究生及以上学历（特别优秀者可放宽至本科） 2.专业：机械工程、机械设计及理论、机械制造及其自动化、工程力学、过程装备与控制、能源动力、核能工程等相关专业。 3.技能：精通至少一种主流三维CAD软件（CATIA、SolidWorks、Creo/NX等），能够独立完成复杂结构设计与大型工程图编制；熟悉机械制图国家标准或ISO/ASME标准，具备GD&T（几何尺寸和公差） 标注能力；具备尺寸链分析、公差分配及装配关系验证能力，了解常用金属材料（不锈钢、铝合金、无氧铜等）的基本力学性能与加工特性，能在设计中考虑工艺可行性。
