岗位1（材料与表面分析）：1、研发和维护运行托卡马克第一壁原位分析诊断，如LIBS、LIDS/LID-QMS、材料分析探针等；2、研究不同壁材料在托卡马克运行中的表现，实验研究不同材料的溅射、燃料滞留等特性；3、研发和维护运行第一壁材料离位诊断平台。

岗位2（真空与PWI）：1、研发和运行维护相关光谱和气压诊断；2、研究托卡马克中壁对等离子的作用过程；3、优化和改进真空、壁处理手段，降低托卡马克运行中的杂质，调控再循环。

岗位3（边界和偏滤器）：1、边界和偏滤器相关诊断研发与运行维护；2、边界物理和偏滤器实验研究，包括但不限于先进位型偏滤器、脱靶、辐射偏滤器、边界粒子输运过程等；3、先进偏滤器物理和工程设计、测试。

岗位1：从事材料和表面研究工作，了解托卡马克实验，在磁约束聚变装置（托卡马克、仿星器等）上从事过第一壁材料相关研究者优先，有TDS、XPS、LIBS/LIAS/LIDS相关工作经验者优先。

岗位2：在托卡马克/仿星器从事等离子体实验研究，主攻方向涉及以下其一：1. 等离子体中的杂质行为，2. 边界粒子再循环行为，3. 真空、壁处理、加料进气，硕士及以上学历。

岗位3：在托卡马克/仿星器上从事等离子体实验研究，主攻或涉及偏滤器和边界物理方向，有偏滤器、刮削层（SOL）相关研究经验者优先，有相关诊断工作经验者优先，硕士及以上学历。
