Voor de klantendienst van Bosch Power Tools zijn we op zoek naar meerdere enthousiaste Customer Service Advisors die particuliere klanten, professionals en groothandelaars ondersteunen bij vragen over producten, bestellingen, leveringen en technische ondersteuning.

Je komt terecht in een uitdagende omgeving waar techniek, klantgerichtheid en persoonlijke ontwikkeling centraal staan.

Jouw taken

  • Als Customer Service Advisor ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten binnen de Benelux:
  • Je behandelt inkomende telefoongesprekken en e-mails.
  • Je beantwoordt vragen over producten, bestellingen en leveringen.
  • Je biedt technische eerstelijnsondersteuning bij defecte of niet-functionerende gereedschappen.
  • Je analyseert klantvragen en zoekt de beste oplossing aan de hand van beschikbare tools en de interne kennisbank.
  • Je registreert klantcontacten correct in de systemen.
  • Je begeleidt klanten op een professionele, klantvriendelijke en oplossingsgerichte manier.
  • Je ondersteunt zowel particuliere klanten (B2C) als professionele klanten en groothandelaars (B2B).

Wij zoeken een kandidaat die:

  • Vlot Nederlands en Frans spreekt en schrijft.
  • Interesse heeft in techniek, gereedschappen en doe-het-zelfmaterialen.
  • Analytisch en oplossingsgericht denkt.
  • Klantvriendelijk en communicatief sterk is.
  • Vlot overweg kan met digitale toepassingen.
  • Graag nieuwe informatie leert en productkennis opbouwt.
  • Heb je kennis van elektriciteit, elektromechanica of HVAC? Dan is dat zeker een troef, maar geen vereiste. Motivatie, leergierigheid en een gezonde technische nieuwsgierigheid zijn voor ons minstens even belangrijk.
