Dan ben jij de klantendienstmedewerker die wij zoeken!

Als klantendienstmedewerker ga je via de telefoon in contact staan met klanten over geheel Vlaanderen die telecom producten gebruiken.

Jij fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor hen en helpt hen verder met vragen over producten (GSM, smartphones, telefonie, media, internet, procedures, ...).

  • Je sterke communicatieve vaardigheden zorgen ervoor dat je iedere klant op de juiste manier kan helpen.
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands (gesproken en geschreven)
  • Je bent klantgericht en zorgt ervoor dat je telkens de best passende diensten aanbiedt aan de klant.
  • Je beschrijft jezelf als sociaal, empathisch en leergierig.
  • Je hebt enige technische affiniteit.
