The posting

About the Company

An early-stage AgriTech company developing biological fertilizers and soil health solutions that help farmers and agribusinesses increase crop yields, regenerate degraded soils, and reduce reliance on chemical inputs.

The company is building regenerative and data-driven agricultural solutions designed to improve soil fertility, enhance ecosystem services, and increase farm profitability. With active operations in Thailand and a growing presence across Southeast Asia, the business is entering its next phase of commercial growth and market expansion.

With an established customer base and proven product results from field applications, the company is now focused on expanding its partnership ecosystem across agribusinesses, government agencies, universities, grant programmes, distributors, and B2B channels across the region.

About the Role

The Head of Growth & Partnerships will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive commercial growth and expand market adoption across Southeast Asia.

This is a strategic and hands-on role at the intersection of business development, partnerships, market expansion, and commercial strategy. The successful candidate will identify high-impact growth opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and shape go-to-market strategies that accelerate the adoption of innovative agricultural solutions.

The role offers the opportunity to build and own the partnerships function while turning technology and innovation into scalable business opportunities with real impact across the agricultural sector.

Responsibilities

Growth Strategy

  • Develop and execute the company's go-to-market strategy.
  • Identify priority customer segments and market opportunities.
  • Design scalable commercial models to drive product adoption and growth.

Strategic Partnerships

  • Build and manage partnerships with agribusinesses, seed companies, fertilizer distributors, farmer cooperatives, and sustainability or climate programmes.
  • Structure partnerships that accelerate product adoption and commercial growth.
  • Develop relationships with key institutional and ecosystem partners.

Market Expansion

  • Identify opportunities for expansion across Southeast Asia and other strategic markets.
  • Develop market-entry strategies for new regions.
  • Build relationships with distributors and commercial partners.

Commercialisation of Innovation

  • Work closely with science and product teams to convert field trials into commercial pilots, pilots into long-term partnerships, and scientific validation into compelling market offerings.

Revenue & Deal Execution

  • Lead high-impact commercial discussions.
  • Structure partnership agreements and pilot programmes.
  • Support the closing of major B2B deals.

Qualifications

  • 5–10+ years of experience in agriculture, AgriTech, ClimateTech, or related sectors.
  • Experience building partnerships, commercial channels, or distribution networks.
  • Strong understanding of agriculture, farming systems, or agricultural value chains.
  • Comfortable working in an early-stage or high-growth startup environment.
  • A strategic thinker who is also highly hands-on and capable of executing deals.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with farmers, cooperatives, or agribusinesses.
  • Background in agronomy, agricultural inputs, or related fields.
  • Experience in Southeast Asian or emerging agricultural markets.
  • Experience scaling products from pilot programmes to commercial deployment.
  • A strong track record and passion for creating commercial and environmental impact.

Language Proficiency

  • Native or near-native Thai is required for engaging with local government agencies, farming networks, and institutional partners.
  • Fluent English is required for international partnership development and collaboration with an international leadership team.
  • Additional Southeast Asian languages are a plus.

Benefits

  • Performance-based commission on partnerships and deals closed.
  • Equity participation in a high-growth AgriTech startup.
  • Long-term career progression toward a senior commercial leadership position.
  • Direct collaboration with the CEO and meaningful influence over company strategy and growth.
  • Opportunity to build and own the partnerships function from the ground up in a mission-driven, impact-focused company.

Working Conditions

  • Based in Bangkok, with flexibility for regional and international travel.
  • Significant travel may be required depending on strategic market priorities.
  • Regular collaboration with the broader leadership and operational teams.
  • Small, lean, and international team operating with high autonomy and an ownership-driven culture.
  • Direct reporting line to the CEO.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
