The position works closely with IT Support, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and other technology teams to maintain a secure, reliable, and consistent end-user computing environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Administer and support JAMF Pro and JAMF Connect within the Apple environment.
  • Support the configuration, management, and lifecycle of macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and tvOS devices.
  • Troubleshoot complex Apple endpoint, application, authentication, configuration, and device management issues, including root-cause analysis of recurring incidents.
  • Work collaboratively with IT Support and other technical teams to resolve escalated endpoint issues.
  • Collaborate with Cybersecurity to identify and remediate endpoint security vulnerabilities and maintain security and compliance requirements.
  • Assist with the design, implementation, and ongoing improvement of client systems and endpoint management services.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, configuration standards, and support documentation.
  • Evaluate new technologies and provide recommendations for improving endpoint management, security, automation, and the end-user experience.
  • Assist with capacity planning, platform upgrades, migrations, and lifecycle initiatives across Apple and Windows client environments.
  • Package, test, deploy, and maintain applications, operating system updates, and third-party software updates for Apple and Windows endpoints.
  • Support Microsoft Intune, Tanium, and other endpoint management technologies as needed.
  • Maintain effective communication with vendors, technical teams, and business users in support of assigned projects and operational activities.
  • Participate in endpoint technology projects, including testing, implementation, deployment, change management, and operational transition.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation as an escalation point of contact to respond to and manage after-hours incidents as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience supporting and administering Apple/macOS devices in an enterprise environment.
  • Experience with JAMF Pro, JAMF Connect, or comparable Apple device management technologies.
  • Experience with enterprise endpoint management and desktop engineering technologies, including Mobile Device Management (MDM) concepts and platforms.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Tanium, or similar endpoint management technologies.
  • Experience with software packaging, application deployment, and software delivery methodologies.
  • Experience with enterprise operating system and application patch management.

  • Understanding of endpoint security, vulnerability remediation, configuration management, and compliance practices.
  • Familiarity with scripting or automation technologies such as PowerShell, Bash, or similar tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to independently investigate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to work effectively with end users, IT Support, engineering teams, and vendors.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a broader infrastructure and client engineering team.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
