  • Deep ETF expertise across the product lifecycle, including order activity, basket creation, servicing, and settlement.
  • Advanced understanding of global ETF operating models, industry practices, and operational risk considerations.
  • Proven ability to define, document, and present clear processes, controls, and business requirements.
  • Strong project management and business analysis capabilities, with experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Ability to understand order-flow mechanics across multiple banking systems and support multi-client platform integration.
  • Executive-level communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients, operations teams, product partners, and technology stakeholders.

Why This Role Is Important to Us

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary ETF subject matter expert for an assigned portfolio of clients, providing guidance across the full ETF lifecycle.
  • Lead client onboarding for new ETFs and coordinate product launches, regulatory changes, and operational-readiness activities.
  • Design and implement efficient, controlled, and scalable operating models for global ETF servicing.
  • Partner with ETF Operations, Settlements, Technology, Product, and Global Delivery teams to support consistent execution and issue resolution.
  • Lead requirements gathering, solution design, testing coordination, implementation, and post-implementation readiness for strategic initiatives.
  • Create, review, and refine business requirements supporting enhancements to ETFGP, Fund Connect, BET, XFT, and related integrations.
  • Advance platform integration and modernization to support multi-client servicing, scalable onboarding, and improved client experience.
  • Champion process optimization, automation, and Global Delivery Simplification objectives while maintaining appropriate operational controls.
  • Identify delivery risks, establish clear ownership and governance, and communicate decisions, dependencies, and progress to senior stakeholders.
  • Provide concise, technically grounded updates to internal leadership and external partners.

Skills and Capabilities

  • Professional communication: Ability to explain complex operational and technical concepts clearly to clients, executives, and delivery teams.
  • Project leadership: Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with disciplined governance, risk management, and execution.
  • Business analysis: Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements, process designs, and actionable technology solutions.
  • ETF product and operations knowledge: Deep understanding of ETF structures, lifecycle events, global servicing models, basket activity, and settlement processes.
  • Technology and integration: Experience with ETF platforms and the ability to lead integration and modernization initiatives.
  • Process and control design: Ability to document workflows, identify risks, and establish effective operational controls.
  • Data analysis and problem-solving: Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex data flows, investigate issues, and improve processes.
  • Stakeholder management: Ability to align global teams, manage competing priorities, and influence decisions without direct authority.
  • Regulatory and risk awareness: Understanding of relevant ETF requirements and practical risk-mitigation approaches.
  • Continuous improvement: A strong focus on innovation, scalability, operating efficiency, and client experience.

Education and Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in ETF operations, ETF servicing, financial services operations, or a comparable field.
  • Experience with ETFGP, Fund Connect, BET, XFT, or comparable ETF servicing platforms preferred.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
