Event Management

  • Manage event logistics such as timelines, registrations, venues, virtual platforms, suppliers, and supporting materials.
  • Assist and manage the coordination of pre- and post-event activity, including invitations, follow-up communications, and performance tracking.
  • Support on-site or live delivery as required, ensuring a high-quality experience for attendees and stakeholders.
  • Track and report on event performance (e.g. attendance, engagement, feedback, contribution to pipeline).

Reporting & Analysis

  • Track and report on campaign performance using agreed metrics (e.g., engagement, leads, conversions).
  • Maintain marketing trackers, calendars, and performance dashboards.
  • Use insights and data to support continuous improvement of marketing activities.

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in marketing, business, communications, or a related discipline, or relevant transferable experience.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Comfortable working with MS Office, data, trackers, AI and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, basic dashboards).

Desirable

  • Marketing experience gained within financial technology or financial institution

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
