The posting

Company Description

Statkraft has been making clean energy possible for over a century. That is what we offer. 125 years of unrivalled expertise in supplying the world with what it needs most. We envision a world that runs entirely on renewable energy. Because in the fight against climate change, we do not see renewable energy as part of the solution – we believe it must be the solution. With us, you will shape a career that is truly forward-facing with many amazing opportunities and offerings to match.

But there is more work to be done – that is why we need you to join!

Poland is a key growth market for Statkraft, driven by the rapid expansion of renewable energy, growing corporate demand for green power, and increasing opportunities in flexibility and energy storage. Through its integrated Markets and Origination platform, Statkraft is strengthening its position as a leading provider of long-term energy solutions for renewable asset owners, industrial customers, and energy-intensive businesses.

We are actively expanding our presence in the Polish market by developing innovative renewable PPAs, route-to-market services, balancing solutions, and flexibility offerings. As the Polish energy transition accelerates, Statkraft is well-positioned to support customers in managing price risks, optimizing renewable assets, and unlocking value from emerging flexibility markets.

Statkraft in Central & Eastern Europe

Across Central and Eastern Europe, including Poland, Statkraft combines renewable energy expertise with a leading origination and markets platform. We structure long-term PPAs, balancing and route-to-market solutions for renewable producers and large energy consumers, while expanding our capabilities in battery storage, flexibility services, and energy optimization.

The regional business is closely integrated with Statkraft's European trading and optimization platform, enabling end-to-end portfolio management from long-term risk structuring to real-time market operations. This positions Statkraft as a key facilitator of the energy transition and a trusted partner for customers navigating increasingly complex energy markets.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
