Kvalifikační předpoklady: Praxe v sociálních službách - výhodou; znalost legislativy na úseku veřejného opatrovnictví - výhodou; orientace v problematice praktického výkonu veřejného opatrovnictví – zkušenost s prací a péčí o osoby omezené ve svéprávnosti - výhodou; uživatelská znalost práce s PC (Word, Excel, internet); dobré komunikační schopnosti pro jednání s právnickými i fyzickými osobami; odpovědnost, samostatnost, flexibilita; řidičský průkaz skupiny B (aktivní řidič).Popis vykonávané práce: Pracovník zajišťuje plnění úkolů svěřených Radou města Jablonec nad Nisou odboru sociálních věcí a zdravotnictví dle pracovní náplně určené vedoucím odboru a tajemníkem magistrátu města. Vykonává veřejného opatrovníka ustanovovaného soudem osobám s omezenou svéprávností – dle ust. § 62 a násl. zákona č. 89/2012 Sb., občanský zákoník. Veřejný opatrovník je mj. oprávněn a povinen zastupovat opatrovance (osoby s omezenou svéprávností) v běžných záležitostech, spravovat jejich majetek s péčí řádného hospodáře, činit za ně úkony ve věcech občanskoprávních, rodinněprávních, pracovněprávních, obchodněprávních a ve věcech daňových atd. v rozsahu soudního rozhodnutí.
