Všechny potřebné informace (formulář pro zařazení do výběrového řízení) naleznete na <a href="http://www.mpostrava.cz" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">www.mpostrava.cz</a>, záložka Volná místa _ Referent právní podporyKontakt telefonicky 8-14 hod.Podmínky: -bezúhonnost (dokládá se výpisem z Rejstříku trestů, který nesmí být starší tří měsíců)-zdravotní způsobilost (po zhodnocení zdravotního stavu poskytovatelem pracovně lékařských služeb)Co u nás Referent právní podpory dělá:- Provádí komplexní dozorovou činnost zahrnující posuzování specializovaných oblastí zpracování a ochrany osobních údajů nebo posuzování porušování pravidel týkajících se obsáhlé skupiny osobních údajů nebo zasahujících do soukromí většího počtu osob.- Odpovídá za vedení agendy poskytování informací podle zákona č. 106/1999 Sb., o svobodném přístupu k informacím, ve znění pozdějších předpisů v souladu s normativy zaměstnavatele.- Zpracovává výklady jednotlivých ustanovení právních předpisů souvisejících s činností MPO vč. přípravy žádostí o stanoviska.- Zpracovává odpovědi na žádosti o poskytnutí informací, stížnosti, oznámení a podněty vč. evidence, vedení spisové dokumentace a archivace.- Připravuje návrhy smluv vč. jejich doplnění, změn a dodatků.- Zpracovává návrhy vnitřních předpisů MPO.- Vede evidenci soudních sporů organizace, zajišťuje podklady pro rozhodnutí soudu a odpovídá za komplexní vedení spisové dokumentace jednotlivých případů.- Poskytuje poradenství zaměstnancům MPO v oblasti pracovně právních vztahů.Co od Vás očekáváme:-VŠ vzdělání v magisterském nebo bakalářském studijním programu právního zaměření (čerstvým absolventům se nebráníme), možnost udělení výjimky ze vzdělání dle NV č. 341/2017 Sb., o platových poměrech zaměstnanců ve veřejných službách a správě, ve znění pozdějších předpisů.-Schopnost orientovat se v právních systémech, v metodických pokynech a v interních předpisech-Schopnost vyhledávat informace v zákonech, judikatuře a správně je aplikovat na konkrétní případy-Komunikační schopnosti a diskrétnost-Schopnost rychle a pružně reagovat na vzniklou situaci-Samostatnost a rozhodnost-Analytické myšlení a smysl pro detail-Pokročilou digitální gramotnost-Zodpovědný přístup k práci-Preciznost-SpolehlivostZaměstnanecké výhody: Příspěvek na stravování, výhody dle sociálního fondu MP.
