Bližší informace na tel.č. 599 423 105, 606 670 078Hledáme spolehlivého, pracovitého a technicky zručného kolegu, který se nebojí práce v terénu ani provozu technického areálu a zároveň dokáže vést menší tým pracovníků.Náplň práce:- koordinace a dohled nad činností pracovníků čety a areálu přímo v terénu- komunikace s tajemníkem a úsekem investic a výstavby- zajišťování provozu a údržby provozního areálu- příprava štěpky a obsluha nízkotlakých kotlů- kontrola technického stavu budov, zařízení a vybavení- údržba veřejných prostranství a péče o zeleň- likvidace černých skládek, sběr odpadu apod.- drobné opravy a údržbářské práce na majetku městského obvodu- obsluha a běžná údržba techniky- zimní údržba komunikací a veřejných ploch- další práce související se správou a údržbou majetku městského obvoduPožadujeme: - minimálně střední vzdělání technického směru- manuální zručnost- schopnost samostatné práce i vedení menšího týmu, organizační schopnosti, aktivní, samostatný a zodpovědný přístup k práci- dobrý zdravotní stav - bez omezení pro práce v prostředí s hlukem a vibracemi, práce v noci, ve výškách, odolnost vůči záteži chladem, horkem a alergenyVýhodou bude:- praxe v oblasti správy budov nebo technických služeb a údržby veřejných prostranství- absolvované školení podle nařízení vlády č. 192/2022 Sb., § 24 a přílohy č. 3 bodu 3 podle ČSN 69 012, odst. 5- osvědčení o způsobilosti obsluhovatele k obsluze nízkotlakých kotlů- řidičský průkaz skupiny B a TNabízíme:- pracovní poměr na dobu určitou 1 rok s možností prodloužení na dobu neurčitou- pracovní poměr na plný úvazek- platové zařazení v 5. platové třídě (nástupní plat 27 160 Kč)- po zapracování osobní příplatek a odměny dle dosažených pracovních výsledků- 5 týdnů dovolené, 2 dny zdravotního volna- stravenky, příspěvek na penzijní/životní pojištění a další zaměstnanecké benefityPracovní doba: - v období 01.04. - 31.10. pondělí až pátek 06:00 - 14:30 hod.- v období 01.11. - 31.03. pondělí až pátek 06:00 - 14:30 hod. a držení pracovní pohotovosti
