Østbyens Børnehuse består af i alt 5 huse på forskellige matrikler i det østlige Herning og i Holtbjerg området, som tilsammen rummer ca. 300 børn i alderen 0 – 6 år. Vi har følgende grupper: Vuggestue, børnehave og grupper til børn med særlige behov.

Der er tale om en stilling på 37 timer.

Som pædagogmedhjælper arbejdes der med udgangspunkt i professionel omsorg med nærvær, spejling og guidning af børnene. I det daglige er der også mange praktiske opgaver omkring børnene.

Vi forventer at du

  • Kan indgå i stuens pædagogiske og praktiske arbejde og kan udvikle et overblik.
  • At du formår at skabe en tryg og omsorgsfuld kontakt til vuggestue eller børnehavebørn
  • Har en positiv indstilling til at lære nyt. Gerne modtager sparring og oplæring fra dine kolleger
  • Arbejder engageret, stabil og er fleksibel i opgaver og mødetid.
  • Har humor og et positivt mindset.
