This role is critical in delivering exceptional customer service while managing repair orders and communicating effectively with both customers and technicians. Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive service experience.
  • Assess customers' vehicle service needs and communicate effectively with the service team.
  • Manage repair orders, including entry, documentation, and follow-up.
  • Provide accurate estimates and explain recommended services to customers.
  • Maintain organized and efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work closely with technicians to ensure timely service completion.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
