Wil jij mee het verschil maken voor kinderen met specifieke onderwijs- en zorgnoden? BuBaO De Zonnepoort (type 2) in Gent is op zoek naar een ambulante leerkracht ASV voor de kleuter- en lagere schoolwerking. In deze gevarieerde functie werk je flexibel binnen verschillende klasgroepen en ondersteun je leerlingen waar jouw inzet het meest nodig is. Je komt terecht in een warm en betrokken team dat gelooft in de groeikansen van elk kind en samen werkt aan onderwijs op maat.

We zoeken een collega die zich vlot kan aanpassen aan wisselende situaties, initiatief neemt en sterk is in het opbouwen van een positief leerklimaat. Je hebt oog voor de individuele noden van leerlingen, werkt verbindend samen met collega's en ouders en bent bereid om elke dag met een frisse blik nieuwe uitdagingen aan te gaan. Structuur bieden, differentiëren en handelingsgericht werken zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend. Ervaring in het buitengewoon onderwijs is een troef, maar vooral je engagement, flexibiliteit en hart voor kinderen maken het verschil.

Wij zoeken een collega die: • flexibel en inzetbaar is • een warm hart heeft voor kinderen met specifieke onderwijsnoden • sterk is in klasmanagement • constructief samenwerkt met collega’s en ouders • initiatief neemt en oplossingsgericht denkt

Het rooster wordt in samenspraak opgemaakt. Wel wordt er van maandag tot vrijdag dagelijkse aanwezigheid verwacht. Deze functie kan indien gewenst gecombineerd worden met de vacature niet-confessionele zedenleer op De Zonnepoort.
